PV Module Laminator 0.25

EETS manufacture of PV modules is traditionally performed in a large laminator in a factory environment.

There are many markets in developing countries where small modules (3 - 20W) are required.

The EETS PV Laminator 0.25 is designed for the developing country working environment, at much lower capital cost than traditional systems. It is also suitable for research and development and for educational institutes.

Electrical  Single phase mains rated at a max. 25A, 220-240V, 50/60- Hz.
Process controls  temperature levels and timings, cooling and vacuum automatically controlled. UP to 10 different cycles can be programmed and stored.

PV Module Laminator 1.0

The EETS PV Laminator 1.0 series of solar panel vacuum laminators are designed for a high production factory throughput, low maintenance and minimal operator training. A single button activates the rapid laminate/cure process cycle.

The top vacuum chamber is evacuated through ports from the top platen, which are merged together at a manifold with a connection of a one-inch pipe to the top vacuum pump system.

The bottom chamber is evacuated through ports on the sides, mounted on the spacer, which also terminate on a manifold with a one-inch pipe to the bottom chamber vacuum pump system.

PV Module Laminator 3.0

The EETS PV Module Laminator 3.0 series solar panel vacuum laminators are designed for high production factory throughput, low maintenance and minimal operator training. A single button activates the rapid laminate loading, lamination and off-loading process cycle. When the laminate enters the laminator, the lid is closed, the cycle completes and the lid reopens automatically . The cycle time can range from about 9 minutes to a couple of hours depending on the thickness and size of the glass used.

A 3-zone PID control system ensures temperature uniformity.

PLC controls  temperature, timings, and vacuum in 2 chambers.

Cell Cutter 210 AutoCut

The EETS Cell Cutter 210 Autocut is a custom solar PV cell cutter. The operator loads and unloads the cells and the machine performs an automatic controilled cut using a diamond paste wheel running at high speed.

The machine only requires a compressed air supply to function.

Adjustable guides are set to produce any width of cut cell down to 10mm.

This machine is ideal for manufacturers of low power modules and research.

Light Soaking System

EETS light Soaking System utilise a horizontal light array shining vertically down, to simulate sunlight. The array is mounted approx 1000mm above the test surface and is surrounded by a perimeter mirror to ensure uniformity. The mirrors are hung to allow access for lamp maintenance and to mount the modules under test. The modules under test are mounted onto the baseframe. To achieve the most accurate measurement method, the PT100 temperature sensors are fixed to the back of the modules.

The light arrays produce excellent uniformity over the testplane. The light level is settable to 1000 W/m2.

The output irradiance is measured using a 'split' crystalline reference cell placed in the test plane in order to set the irradiance level.

This equipment conforms to IEC 904-9 and can be specified up to clas AAA.

 The module mounting system uses air circulation by variable speed fans to cool the device under test.

The temperature feedback control is referenced to the actual module temperature.
