The EETS PV Module Laminator 3.0 series solar panel vacuum laminators are designed for high production factory throughput, low maintenance and minimal operator training. A single button activates the rapid laminate loading, lamination and off-loading process cycle. When the laminate enters the laminator, the lid is closed, the cycle completes and the lid reopens automatically . The cycle time can range from about 9 minutes to a couple of hours depending on the thickness and size of the glass used.
A 3-zone PID control system ensures temperature uniformity.
PLC controls temperature, timings, and vacuum in 2 chambers.
Electrical: 3-phase mains rated at a max. 50A per phase, 220-240V, 50/60- Hz.
Temperature: Max. 175 deg.C, constant temperature lamination.
Vacuum: Absolute 2 millibar in 30 seconds.
Programs: Up to 10 different program profiles.
Laminate Size: Maximum size of 2000 x 1500 mm.
Laminate Thickness: Normal thickness of 25 mm, larger to customer specs.
Temperature uniformity: - <±5C.
